Brian “Butterbean” Charles, 43, of Thelma, was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury in London. LONDON, Ky. — Three people have been indicted on federal cocaine conspiracy charges, after two of them were arrested during a traffic stop on the Mountain Parkway. Jimmy Edward “Jimbo” Hall, 62, and Frankie Lynn Hall, 49, both of Dema, were arrested following the traffic stop on July 13, when state troopers found more than four ounces of cocaine in their car.
