DAVID, Ky. — A Floyd County man is facing multiple felony charges, following a police chase. It happened around 10 a.m. Monday, when a state trooper patrolling near David spotted a car driving on the wrong side of the road and tried to pull it over. The driver — later identified as Jeffery Lumpkins, 39, of Hueysville — sped away instead, leading the officer on a chase along Route 850, 404 and 1210.
