HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A Martin County man has pleaded guilty to a federal drug charge in Huntington, W.Va. Kody Harless, 26, of Tomahawk, pleaded guilty on Monday to possession of fentanyl with the intent to distribute. Officials say Harless obtained 4.75 grams of fentanyl from a source in Huntington. He was arrested in a traffic stop afterward and reportedly admitted to police that he had intended to distribute some of the drug. ABINGDON, Va. — A Wise County woman has agreed to plead guilty to federal charges of distributing cocaine and psilocin. Emily Dawn McCoy, of Pound, has signed a plea agreement admitting to the charges. In a signed statement stipulating to the facts in the case, McCoy admitted to working with others to acquire and distribute the drugs from February to September of last year.
